BALDY VIEW ROP REGISTRATION FEES (ADULTS)

Adults pay a registration fee of $40.00 per course. We accept cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and debit card. Make money orders payable to Baldy View ROP. NO waivers.

BALDY VIEW ROP REFUND PROCESS:

Baldy View ROP will only issue a refund of fees paid during registration (including registration, unused materials and insurance fees) if:

• A Class is cancelled
  
• An adult is replaced by a high school student due to registration priorities,
  with the highest priority assigned to 16-18 year olds according to
  Education Code 52302.5.)

To receive a refund due to one of the exceptions above a “Request for Refund Form” must be requested and filled out in person at the Career Training Center (CTC) in Ontario within 3 days of class cancellation or being replaced. An original receipt is required to process any refunds or exchanges.

The method of payment determines the type of refund that will be issued:

Cash Payment:

• If payment was made with cash, a check will be mailed to the student's address of record within 14 working days.

Credit Card or ATM Payment:

• If the payment was made with a credit card or ATM, a credit will be issued to your bank card account.
  

Please make sure your address is current to avoid delays in receiving refunds.
